Started by a young sales man by the name of Dr. Rhett Linnin. He put in a town hall and a forest reserve. Along with a creek reserve to bring in people, soon enough people wanted to stay so he proceded to put in an appartment building along with some other places. Soon enougth the small town of linnin was born!
